All our blinds are delivered direct to your door in the fastest and most secure way that ensures your total satisfaction.

Delivery prices are a FLAT RATE. This means that for any collection you choose from, you only pay delivery ONCE for an unlimited amount of blinds. On larger orders, Delivery is even free to you. Just call and ask, and we will arrange the perfect quote for you.

On confirmation of your order, we will process, manufacture and dispatch your blinds to a delivery address of your choosing within the time scale specified.

All our blinds are packaged, boxed and bound wrapped to keep your order together and secure.

On receipt, a signature will be required. We advise all clients to sign for as your "FIRST" and "LAST" name, and in the signature strip, to write "UNCHECKED"

We guarantee to you that you will receive your blinds in perfect condition with out damage. However on the rare occurrence, accidents happen and by signing for as unchecked, we provide you a 48 hour window to check the blinds to satisfy yourself that the blinds are all OK.

If there is a problem, please email us at support@blindsofdistinction.co.uk and tell us your concerns. One of our support team will call you and arrange collection and repair or replacement for you.
